Chunking the content

  • Chunk = manageable bit
  • Keep sentences to one or two points
  • Keep paragraphs short. A one sentence paragraph is OK.
  • Use lists.
  • Use fragments and phrases.
  • Use pictures and other visual elements.
  • Don't write prose.
